Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. As you learn, we store your enrollments, lesson progress, reviews and certificates so the platform can work for you. We do not collect payment details today; when paid courses launch, payments will be handled by SSLCommerz and your card or mobile-banking details will go to them directly โ never stored on Azademy.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to run the platform: signing you in, tracking course progress, issuing certificates, and improving courses. We may email you about your account or major platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Cookies and sessions
Azademy uses essential cookies to keep you signed in securely. The free QA Roadmap stores your XP and lesson progress in your own browser (localStorage) โ that data never leaves your device.
4. Data storage and security
Account data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with passwords hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. The platform is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to the platform operator.
5. Your rights
You can update your name and profile from Settings at any time. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us; deletion removes your profile, enrollments and progress.
6. Third-party services
Course videos may be embedded from YouTube, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Hosting is provided by Vercel. When payments launch, SSLCommerz will process transactions under their privacy policy.
7. Children
Azademy is intended for learners aged 13 and above. If you believe a younger child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Contact
For any privacy question or request, reach us through the channels on the Contact page.
