1. About these terms

By creating an account or using Azademy (azademy.vercel.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person — sharing accounts or course access is not permitted.

3. Courses and enrollment

All courses are currently free to enroll. Enrollment gives you personal, non-transferable access to the course content for learning purposes. Course content, availability and the free-access period may change as the platform grows.

4. Future paid courses

When paid courses launch, prices will be shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) on each course page and payments will be processed securely by SSLCommerz. Azademy does not store your card or mobile-banking details. Purchases will be governed by these terms and the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Course videos, text, graphics and the Azademy brand belong to Azademy or its licensors. You may not copy, re-upload, resell or redistribute course content. The QA Roadmap is open source under its own MIT license in its public repository.

6. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued when you finish all lessons of an enrolled course. Certificates confirm course completion on Azademy; they are not an accredited academic qualification.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to breach security, scrape content, spam other learners, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Azademy provides learning content “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, Azademy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
