Refund Policy

1. Right now: everything is free

All Azademy courses are currently free to enroll, so there are no payments and nothing to refund. This policy exists so you know exactly where you stand before paid courses launch.

2. When paid courses launch

Paid course purchases will be processed securely by SSLCommerz in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a paid course is not what you expected, you will be able to request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course lessons.

3. How refunds will work

Refund requests will be made through the Contact page channels with your account email and order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, bKash, Nagad, etc.) within 7–10 business days, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

4. What is not refundable

Refunds will not be available after the 7-day window, after completing 25% or more of a course, after a certificate has been issued for that course, or for accounts that violate the Terms & Conditions.
